The existing structure
becomes shared space.
The broad industrial spans are retained as an infrastructure capable of accommodating different uses over time. Lightweight new volumes organise classrooms, services and circulation without erasing spatial continuity; workstations, study areas and event spaces create a new relationship between university and neighbourhood.
